The order return procedure

If you wish to return a diamond or piece of jewellery, you only have to complete the following 3 steps:

1/ Contact us to obtain your order return code.

Call our Diamond & Jewellery Consultants on 305 272 9022 to obtain your order return code. 

2/ Schedule the collection of your package with our Diamond & Jewellery Consultants

3/ Prepare your return package

Place everything you have received from us into the original packaging, including the invoice and the diamond certificate (if you received one when purchasing jewellery from the section ‘Design your own jewellery’). If the certificate has been lost, you will be invoiced for a replacement at $ 200 USD excluding taxes.

4/ Shipment of the return package

You should agree with our client advisor on the method for the return. This can be through the Mail Service as a declared value package, by the UPS or Fedex with an associated insurance. In the case that the return is via UPS, UPS will come to collect your package on the date and at the address agreed with our Diamond & Jewellery Consultants.

For these three methods of return, insurance is included in the shipping costs to the value indicated on your invoice.

Costs for returns and re-shipment

The costs for returns are payable by you, and will be deducted from the reimbursement made.

In case of a return for adjustment of the size of an item of jewelery, return for exchange or return for repair, the new re-shipment costs will be borne by Daniellamore.com.

However all initial transport costs will be deducted from your reimbursement.
